How do I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting the portrait option that matches how many subjects you’d like included. Then you’ll upload your photo, provide any notes, and complete checkout. Once received, work begins right away and you’ll be updated throughout the process.
Can I use photos taken on my phone?
Yes. Clear phone photos are perfectly fine. Just make sure the image is well-lit and not blurry. If you're unsure, you can send the photo first for a quick review before placing your order.
Do you offer shipping outside of the Rockford area?
Yes. Portraits by NJB is based in the 815 area, but shipping is available anywhere in the United States. If you're local, pickup can also be arranged to save on delivery.
