Refund Policy

Portraits by NJB creates hand-made art pieces based on the reference photos and direction provided at the time of ordering. Each portrait is individually crafted and involves time, materials, and artistic interpretation. For this reason, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellations Before Work Begins

A refund may be issued only if the request is made before any work has started on your portrait.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the creation process has started, the order becomes final.

No Refunds Once Work Has Started

Once work begins, refunds are not available, including situations where a customer feels the finished piece does not match personal expectation. Each portrait reflects a unique artistic approach based on the reference provided.

Case-by-Case Consideration

In rare situations, adjustments or accommodations may be considered. These decisions are completely at the discretion of Portraits by NJB. Any exception is voluntary and does not establish a recurring policy or guarantee.

Submitting Photo References

To support the best possible outcome, please provide a clear, well-lit reference photo. If you are unsure whether a photo will work well, you may ask for a quick review before placing your order. (File types will not be converted. You are responsible for providing a clear, jpeg or png file image)
